With the Sunny Health & Fitness T7643 Treadmill you are in total control of your workout – you can adjust the speed in 0.1 increments from 0.5 up to 6 mph by simply pressing the large plus or minus buttons on the console or alternatively you can press the quick-speed buttons for 1, 3 or 5 mph. You can pause your workout at any time simply by pressing the Stop button and resume by pressing the Start button.

“The Sunny Health & Fitness T7643 is a very solid treadmill. It’s well built and operates very quietly. The only things it doesn’t have that I wish it did are incline options, handlebar controls and heart-rate monitor. The deck itself has a slightly uphill construction so if you want a flat level incline you would need to put some sort of block under the back of the deck to raise it. Apart from that, I have no complaints. The console buttons are big and easy to use. The bottle holders and other storage spots are very useful. The treadmill itself was very easy to assemble, just 12 screws and you’re done – just be careful with the console cable when putting it all together. Ideally, assembling it is a 2-person job as the treadmill is quite heavy. Once it’s assembled, this treadmill rolls easily to put it where you want it. Overall, if you want a treadmill without any bells or whistles, that is quiet, well-built and heavy-duty, then this is the one for you. I would highly recommend it.”
