Suitable for walking and light jogging, the motorized Sunny Health & Fitness T7643 Treadmill utilizes a 2.5 HP Peak DC motor and offers a speed range from 0.5 up to 6 mph, adjustable in 0.1 mph increments.

The Sunny Health & Fitness T7643 Treadmill’s running belt surface measures a generous 19.5” wide by 44.5” long and features a shock absorption cushioning system that’s easier on your joints and enables you to workout for longer with less fatigue on your body compared to running outdoors on hard asphalt.

The Sunny Health & Fitness T7643 Heavy Duty Walking Treadmill is fairly basic in that it doesn’t have any programs or adjustable incline levels, although it is constructed with a slight incline of around 2-3%.  This makes this treadmill ideal for beginners and those who just want to get on and go without any complicated programs to figure out.

With the Sunny Health & Fitness T7643 Treadmill you are in total control of your workout – you can adjust the speed in 0.1 increments from 0.5 up to 6 mph by simply pressing the large plus or minus buttons on the console or alternatively you can press the quick-speed buttons for 1, 3 or 5 mph.  You can pause your workout at any time simply by pressing the Stop button and resume by pressing the Start button.

The Sunny Health & Fitness T7643’s console features an easy-to-read digital LCD backlit multi-display monitor that tracks and displays your workout stats including time, speed, distance, scan, and calories burned.  (Note that there is no heart-rate monitor on this treadmill.)

The Sunny Health & Fitness T7643’s console also features a Mode button with which you can select a Countdown Mode for Time, Distance or Calories to help you reach your fitness goals.  In addition, this treadmill features a Power Saving Mode whereby the LCD display will turn off if the treadmill has been idle for 10 minutes (simply press any button on the console to turn it back on).

Additional features found on/around the Sunny Health & Fitness T7643’s console include a device holder to place your mobile phone/tablet to keep entertained as you exercise, dual water bottle holders to keep yourself hydrated, and an emergency stop clip/safety key.
