for a lower-priced treadmill but this is worth the extra we paid for it. We really love this treadmill – it’s gym
quality – which means you have to think about the size and weight of the
machine – it is very heavy so make sure it’s delivered and placed in the room

“Overall, the Bowflex BXT116 is an awesome
treadmill. Whilst it’s not cheap, it is well built, high quality and with terrific
features. It works great with the Zwift
app through the Bluetooth connectivity - am using it on my iPad Air3 (and there’s
a USB port on the treadmill to keep my iPad charged-up). The treadmill’s platform is smooth, wide and
rock solid for a stable workout.
Controls are easy to use – you can use either the controls on the console
or on the lower bar for adjusting speed and incline which is a big advantage
when running hard. There’s lots of space
on the top and bottom racks to place water bottles, phones, towels etc. The speaker is decent and the built-in
cooling fan is a benefit I wasn’t expecting.
It’s only a small fan but the airflow is decent and can be
adjusted. A couple of negatives for
me: although the display does show
speed, it doesn’t show pace/average pace (I use the Zwift app for that); acceleration
and deceleration on this treadmill is very gradual so it’s not super responsive
if you’re doing very quick intervals; I need to re-adjust position after
several runs. Overall, this is an
awesome treadmill.”
