The Bowflex TreadClimber TC200 gives you a very effective yet easy low-impact walking cardio workout that can burn up to 2.5 times MORE calories than a standard treadmill at the same speed.

 
The Bowflex TreadClimber TC200 simulates the combined motions of a treadmill, stair climber and elliptical trainer in the following way:

You walk forward on 2 treadles with moving belts (like a treadmill)

The Bowflex TreadClimber TC200 allows you to track and store up to 4 different user profiles and you can see motivating workout stats as you exercise on the console’s interactive fully backlit LCD screen, including stats like time, distance, speed, calories burned and heart rate.

The Bowflex TreadClimber TC200 features integrated pulse heart-rate grips built into the handlebars and is also compatible with a heart-rate chest strap (included).  The console features a unique Heart Rate Zone Light Bar that enables you to track your heart-rate across 4 zones: warm up, fat burn, cardio, and performance.

The Bowflex TreadClimber TC100 combines the motions of a treadmill, stair climber and elliptical trainer in 1 exercise machine for an easy low-impact walking workout that burns up to 2.5 times MORE calories than working out on a standard treadmill at the same speed.

How does the Bowflex TreadClimber TC100 work?
