The iFit will automatically adjust the speed and incline on your treadmill to match your pace and terrain. Simply connect the iFit App on your mobile tablet or phone.

The ProForm 505 CST's console itself is straightforward and easy to use and features a 6" LCD backlit screen that displays motivating workout stats as you exercise including time, speed, distance, calories and heart rate.
