Bowflex TreadClimber TC200, Review

The Bowflex TreadClimber TC200 gives you a very effective yet easy low-impact walking cardio workout that can burn up to 2.5 times MORE calories than a standard treadmill at the same speed.

The Bowflex TreadClimber TC200 simulates the combined motions of a treadmill, stair climber and elliptical trainer in the following way:

You walk forward on 2 treadles with moving belts (like a treadmill)
As you move forward, you step up (like a stair climber)
With each step, the treadles rise to meet your feet (like an elliptical)

The Bowflex TreadClimber TC200 is straightforward and easy-to-use for all fitness levels.  You can work out at your own pace with variable speeds up to 4.5 mph and customizable programs adaptable to your own fitness goals.

The Bowflex TreadClimber TC200 features 5 different workout programs to keep you motivated and challenged:  Just Walk, Calorie Goal, Time Goal, Distance Goal, and Interval.

In addition, the TC200 features integrated Bluetooth Connectivity and with the free TreadClimber App you can set, monitor and track your personal fitness goals online, connecting with My Fitness Pal, Apple Health Kit, Google Fit, and Bowflex Connect.  You also have free access to Bowflex’s community with trainer tips and diet advice.

See what other customers who have bought the Bowflex TreadClimber TC200 have to say about it:

R.S.:
“The Bowflex TreadClimber TC200 delivers what the ads promise.  I can get the same calories burned & heart-rate results in less than half the time compared to a treadmill or elliptical.  Both myself and my partner use this machine (we’re both in our 60s) - my partner doesn’t need to lose weight but uses it to strengthen core muscles, general toning and endurance training.  We would recommend this TreadClimber for weight management and general fitness.”

W.Y
“The Bowflex TC200 gives a great cardio workout at an easy walking pace.  The action seems similar to walking in deep sand.  Being low impact, it’s better for people with knee or hip problems like arthritis.  It is a walking motion – not the odd elliptical motion or stair-stepper knee-stress.  Working out at a slower pace, I have a higher heart rate on this machine.  It has a smaller footprint than a treadmill or elliptical, though it doesn’t fold up like some treadmill decks do.  The TC200 is simple to use, you really only have to adjust the cushioning and speed.  It does have 5 workout programs but they mostly relate to goals.  The integrated tablet holder is good for your iPad or mobile phone and there’s also a USB charging port.  It’s solid and quiet in operation.”
