Commercial 2450 Treadmill utilizes a powerful 4 HP (horsepower) SMART-response
motor for effective running and cardio training with speeds from 0 to 12 MPH
and a decline / incline range from -3 up to 15% to simulate downhill and uphill
terrain.

Commercial 2450 Treadmill has a generous sized running deck with a 22” wide x
60” long tread belt and features a Flex cushioning system for a more
comfortable workout, i.e. less impact on your ankles / knees / joints as you
run.

Commercial 2450 Treadmill’s console features a large 14” interactive HD
full-color screen (similar to a tablet) and comes with 1-year’s iFit family
membership included (allows up to 5 individual profiles). You will need to connect the treadmill to
Wi-Fi to access iFit.

With iFit, you can access live, on-demand, studio and global workouts with terrains/scenery from around the world and even draw your own map workouts. You can access interactive personal training and the iFit Trainer auto adjusts your treadmill’s speed and incline to match the program and real-world terrain. There are a wealth of program options to choose from including for walking, hiking, jogging, running and intervals.
Although the
NordicTrack Commercial 2450 Treadmill is designed to get the most out of the
iFit technology, you can also use the treadmill in Manual Mode (without iFit)
to set your own speed and incline to workout at your own pace.
The NordicTrack
C 2450 Treadmill’s speed can be adjusted between 0 and 12 mph with
simple-to-use One-touch speed control buttons.
In addition, you can fine-tune the speed in 0.1 increments by pressing
the +/- button, e.g. for 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4 mph etc. The decline/incline is adjustable from -3 to
15% with simple-to-use One-touch incline control buttons.
Motivating workout
data displayed on the NordicTrack C 2450’s large console’s screen include Time,
Speed, Distance, Pace, Incline, Vertical gain/loss, Calories burned, Heart rate
/ average heart rate. A Track
representing ¼ mile (400m) can also be displayed. Stats can be displayed in Miles or
Kilometers.

To help you stay
within your target heart-rate zone as you exercise, the NordicTrack C 2450
Treadmill features contact pulse-grip heart rate sensors and is also compatible
with an optional heart-rate chest strap.
The NordicTrack
Commercial 2450 Treadmill features in-console sound speakers and is Bluetooth
enabled so you can connect your own device to listen to music as you
exercise. Alternatively, you can connect
to the speakers with a 3.5 mm audio cable jack.
To help keep you
cool as you exercise, the NordicTrack C 2450 Treadmill has built-in Dual
AutoBreeze workout fans (located below the monitor) with several speed selections. There are also spaces each side of the
console to place a water bottle so you can keep hydrated whilst you workout.

C 2450 also features a handy accessory tray beneath the console at the front of
the treadmill to store other small items.

C 2450 Treadmill is electric powered and, for user safety, a safety key/clip is
included with this treadmill.
To help save
space when not in use, the NordicTrack C 2450 Treadmill features an Easy Lift
Assist folding deck. It also has
front-mounted transport wheels for ease of portability but you will still need
to bear in mind the weight of this machine which is around 339 lbs so you may
not want to be moving it around too often!
Dimensions wise, the NordicTrack 2450 measures around 81.25” long x 39.25”
wide x 59.25” high.
